Assign admins to teams
Group the admins who answer chats into teams, for example by shift, and manage each team's members.
You can group the admins who answer chats into teams, for example by shift. That way you can have a morning shift team, a day shift team and so on.
Open Admins
Go to Settings (Тохиргоо) and choose Admins (Админууд).
Create a team
In Inbox teams (Харилцан ярианы багууд), click Manage (Удирдах). Then click Create new (Шинээр үүсгэх).
Name the team and pick its members
Type a team name, for example “Morning shift”.
Select the admins who answer chats in the morning, then click Continue (Үргэлжлүүлэх).
Once the team is created, click its name to see its members. You can add or remove members there.
Create teams for other shifts
Create a team for each of your other shifts the same way. For example, click Create new, name the team “Day shift” and select the admins who work that shift.
