Create an Instagram flow

In the left menu, open Flows (Өрөлт) and click Create new (Шинээр үүсгэх).

In the window that opens, type a name for the flow (for example “Үндсэн цэс”) and click Continue (Үргэлжлүүлэх).

In the flow editor, click the Send message (Мессеж илгээх) block under Start (Эхлэх).

In the panel on the left, choose Instagram from the Message type (Мессежийн төрөл) list. By default it is set to Omnichannel.

Click Add content (Контент нэмэх) and type the message the user will receive, for example “Сайн байна уу? Мэдээлэл аваарай” (Hello! Get information below).

Under the message, click Add button (Товчлуур нэмэх). Type the button name in Button label (Товчлуурын шошго), for example “Холбоо барих” (Contact us), and click Save (Хадгалах).

Then add the next block and connect it to the button. When a user taps the button, this block's message is sent.

Click the new block and set its Message type to Instagram too. Then add its content, for example your phone number.

When all blocks are ready, click Publish (Нийтлэх) in the top right corner.

Go back to the Flows (Өрөлтүүд) list and find your flow. A yellow mark in front of its name means the flow has not been published. There should be no yellow mark.

The flow works when Status (Төлөв) and Conversation (Харилцан яриа) are switched on.
