Set up Instagram story automation
Automatically reply when someone mentions your Instagram business account in their story.
Story automation sends an automatic reply from your account when someone mentions (tags) your Instagram business account in their story. The person's account must be public, not private. If you have watched the Instagram comment automation tutorial, this setup will feel familiar.
Create a new flow
In Flows (Өрөлт), click Create new (Шинээр үүсгэх) and name the flow, for example “Instagram story автоматжуулалт” (Instagram story automation).
Choose the message type
Click the Send message (Мессеж илгээх) block and choose Instagram Comment Reply from the Message type (Мессежийн төрөл) list. Story automation uses the same type as Instagram comment automation.
Add your reply and publish
Click Add content (Контент нэмэх) and add what you want to send. For example, send a “thank you” GIF to thank people for mentioning and promoting you on Instagram.
Then click Publish (Нийтлэх).
Open the Story mention reply setting
Go to Settings (Тохиргоо) → Channels (Сувгууд) → Instagram. Find the Story mention reply (Story mention хариулт) section. Its description says it replies automatically when someone tags you in an Instagram story.
Select your flow and save
From the Story mention reply list, choose the “Instagram story автоматжуулалт” flow you just created. Then click Save (Хадгалах), which appears at the top.
Test it from your phone
From another Instagram account, post a story that mentions your business account. Shortly after, that person receives your reply (for example the “thank you” GIF) in the chat.
After choosing your flow, always click Save (Хадгалах). If you don't, the setting is not saved.
