Set up Instagram comment automation

First prepare the flow that commenters will receive. In Flows (Өрөлт), click Create new (Шинээр үүсгэх) and name the flow, for example “Instagram хичээл” (Instagram lessons).

Inside the flow, the first thing to do is choose Instagram Comment Reply from the Message type (Мессежийн төрөл) list. Always check this for any flow you connect to comment automation.

For Facebook comment automation, choose Facebook Comment Reply instead.

Click Add content (Контент нэмэх). You can add text, an image and other content. This is the message people receive after commenting on the post. For example, type “Instagram хичээл үзэх заавар бичлэгүүдийн линк” (Link to the Instagram tutorial videos).

Click Add button (Товчлуур нэмэх) and name the button “Үзэх” (Watch). Since it opens a link, choose Open website (Вэбсайт нээх), paste the link you copied (for example the link to the tutorials on YouTube) and click Save (Хадгалах).

When the flow is ready, click Publish (Нийтлэх).

In the left menu, open Skills (Чадварууд) and choose Instagram comment automation (Instagram коммент автоматжуулалт).

Click Create new (Шинээр үүсгэх), name the automation (for example “Заавар бичлэг”) and click Continue (Үргэлжлүүлэх).

Track comments on has two options:

• All Posts: sends the same flow and the same information on all your posts.
• Specific post: lets you set up a separate automation for each post or reel.

If you choose Specific post, click Select (Сонгох). The Published tab shows all your posts and reels. Pick the post you want (for example your latest post) and click Continue.

Private reply to comment is the reply the commenter receives as a message. The options are:

• AI agent (AI агент): choose this if you use AI.
• Text (Текст): sends plain text.
• Flow (Өрөлт): sends a flow you prepared.
• None (Байхгүй): sends no message.

In this example, choose Flow and select the “Instagram хичээл” flow you just created.

Public reply to comment leaves a reply under the comment. It has the same AI agent, Text and Flow options. In this example, choose None.

Reply to has three options:

• All comments: replies to every comment.
• Comments equal to: replies only to comments that exactly match your word. For example, if you set “1”, only people who write exactly “1” get a reply, and comments with any extra words are skipped.
• Comments that contain: replies whenever the comment contains your word or number, even with other words around it.

In this example, choose All comments.

The Other options (Бусад сонголтууд) section has some important settings:

• Exclude comments with these keywords: the bot won't reply to comments containing the words you enter here (for example swear words).
• Hide comments with these keywords: when on, comments with those words are hidden automatically.
• Only reply to new contacts: replies only to new people, meaning those who have never messaged your page or commented on your posts.
• Reply only once to each user in one post.: replies to each person only once per post, to their first comment. Even if they comment more than 20 times, they get one reply.
• Reply to users who have already commented in others posts.: the opposite of the first option. Replies to existing users who have commented on your posts before.
• Don't reply to replies to comments.: skips the replies written under a comment. Turning this on helps prevent overload.

At the bottom, Reply After sets when the reply is sent: Immediately (Шууд) or after a set time, for example 5 or 10 seconds. In this example, choose Immediately.

Click Save (Хадгалах). The automation appears in the list with its Status (Төлөв) switched on. Replies (Хариултууд) shows 0 because nobody has commented yet.

Test it by commenting on the selected post. The commenter receives your message with the “Үзэх” button in their Instagram chat.
