Sign in to the Chatbot panel

Once Smartbot has connected your page, you get a Messenger message from Smartbot's page. It confirms the connection is done and explains how to sign in to the panel.

The next message contains a link to the Smartbot users' Facebook group. There you can find all the beginner guides and tips, and leave your feedback.

1. Click the link to open the group.
2. Send a request to join the group.
3. When you send the request, write the name of the Facebook page you connected to Smartbot.

Smartbot's admins check it and approve your request.

1. Copy the login.smartbot.mn address from the message.
2. Open a new tab in your browser.
3. Paste the address or type login.smartbot.mn yourself, then press Enter.
4. If the sign-in page appears, click the sign-in button.

Once you sign in, the Chatbot panel opens. This is your control center: you prepare your chatbot's information, manage the chatbot and do everything else related to it here.

Your page name appears in the top-left corner. If you connected more than one page, click the name to switch between them.

1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and choose My profile (Миний профайл).
2. The My Accounts tab shows all the pages linked to you.
3. Click your profile picture, upload a new image and click Save (Хадгалах).
4. Click your name, edit it in the Change name (Нэр өөрчлөх) window and click Continue (Үргэлжлүүлэх).

This is your name in the panel. By default it's your Facebook name, but you can change it.

The Login Accounts tab shows the accounts you use to sign in to the panel:

• Facebook: your connected Facebook account. Click Disconnect (Салгах) to remove it.
• Google: click Connect (Холбох) to link your Google account.
• Email: click Edit (Засах) to change your email address.

Click the question mark icon in the top-right corner to see two links:

• YouTube channel (YouTube суваг): watch Smartbot's tutorial videos.
• Facebook group (Facebook групп): see tutorial videos and questions other users have asked.
