Build a Messenger list and send it announcements

In the Chatbot panel open your flow from Flows (Өрөлт). After Start, add a Send Message step.

In the step settings choose Messenger under Message Type. Messenger lists only work on Messenger.

Pick Notification Request from the list of elements and add it to the message.

Pick an existing list in Messenger List, or press Add New to create one.

• Name: the list name, for example “New customers”.
• Type: how often you’ll send, for example Daily Notifications.
• Press Continue to save it.

Add an image to the card (Upload Image or Insert Link) and write an invitation as the title, for example “Press here to hear about new products”.

Click the button to change its Button Label. Under When This Button Is Pressed choose what happens next: send a message, perform an action, or start another flow or step.

Whoever presses the button is added to the selected Messenger list automatically.

Add a Condition step with the rule Messenger List is your list. People who already joined go on to your main flow; everyone else sees the Notify Me request.

• Green branch: the condition is met, the person is on the list.
• Red branch: not on the list yet, so show the request.

Open Broadcast Messages (Зарлал) in the menu and create a new broadcast. Choose your Messenger list, the flow to send (Flow to send) and when to send it (When to send this message?).

Use Targeting to narrow the audience further, for example by language.
